Estate Planning & Probate
Practice Group

We believe that crafting and formulating an estate plan for the disposition of property and assets in an orderly manner consistent with each client’s wishes is one of the most important decisions a person can make in managing their wealth, income and possessions. We take an individual approach to each client when helping develop an estate plan. Furthermore, we employ a full range of available estate planning mechanisms including wills, trusts, beneficiary deeds and other non-probate transfers. In addition to developing estate plans, we assist clients in probating and/or administering wills and trusts. Our focus on the needs of each individual client allows our attorneys to fashion estate plans that are uniquely suited to address the needs and desires of each client.
