Erik practices primarily in litigation with an emphasis in disputes involving employment,
business and personal injury. He also is engaged in the practice of criminal defense involving traffic violations and
other misdemeanor offenses.
Erik received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Culver Stockton College in 1996.
He received his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 2000. While in law school, he was a member
of The Missouri Law Review, and upon graduation was honored for his academic achievement by being inducted into the Order
of the Coif .
Erik is licensed to practice law in both the state and federal courts of Missouri and Kansas.
He is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, Kansas Bar Association, Eastern Jackson County Bar Association, and the
Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association.
